Cancellations 

If you must cancel, notify Monster D via email 48 hours before class for full credit toward another Monster Class of equal size. Kaiju Kids classes may be swapped for other Kaiju Kids classes. Atomic Adults classes may be swapped for other Atomic Adults classes. Kaiju Kids and Atomic Adults classes may not be switched for one another. In special circumstances, if a child misses a Kaiju Class, that child may either enter another of that week's themed classes or possibly schedule a private make up class. These makeups are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon perpetually. 

No credits are given for cancellations made within 48 hours of class except for medical/family emergency. Not showing up for a class forfeits any refund or exchange.

If Monster D must cancel a class, you or your child are signed up for, your class will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

No exceptions are made for the Cancellation Policy. This allows us to make appropriate preparations and offer an available spot to other students when a class is full/sold out.

Refunds

Monster D operates on a no refund policy, being a small, service-based business. With regard to classes, exchanges and rescheduling can be allowed, with sufficient notification. If Monster D has to cancel a class, in that case, anyone signed up for that class can either reschedule or be fully refunded.

Monsters on Demand are non-refundable. However, drawing revisions can be done, to better ensure the client's approval. If you are not satisfied with a drawing, I may augment or redo it until satisfied. If items are damaged during shipping, a replacement can be made at no extra cost.
